Marina Bread Compound is formulated with specific range of solid fat profiles and melting profile to suit different climatic conditions and different applications. Acts as an emulsifying agent for bakery products and therefore retains moisture of finished products. It is made from 100 Percent physically refined Palm Oil and its fractions.
